NOVELTY - Preparing graphene polyurethane composite sponge material, comprises e.g. (i) ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide in water and 1,4-butanediol solution for 20-35 minutes to make it evenly dispersed to obtain graphene oxide (GO) dispersion, (ii) adding mercaptoethanol to GO dispersion and stirring magnetically at 85-90degrees Celsius for 30-35 minute to obtain modified GO dispersion, (iii) adding polyether polyol into the modified GO dispersion, stirring and dispersing evenly, then adding silicon-containing surfactant and stirring until milky white, then adding stannous octoate and triethylenediamine, and stirring at a constant stirring speed, pouring toluene diisocyanate into the above-mentioned uniformly stirred mixed solution, stirring, when the color becomes milky white and bubbles begin to be generated, pouring into the mold for free foaming for 12-24 hours to obtain final product. USE - The graphene polyurethane composite sponge material is useful in electronic cigarette filtration, air filtration purification or water purification (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: is simple to operate; produces has stronger surface stability, stronger air filtration and adsorption effect; and is easy to implement industrially. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene polyurethane composite sponge material, comprises (i) ultrasonically dispersing 0.50-2 wt.% graphene oxide in 0.90-2.70 wt.% water and 1.67-5.01 wt.% 1,4-butanediol solution for 20-35 minutes to make it evenly dispersed to obtain graphene oxide (GO) dispersion, (ii) adding 0.19-0.55 wt.% mercaptoethanol to GO dispersion and stirring magnetically at 85-90degrees Celsius for 30-35 minute to obtain modified GO dispersion, (iii) adding 46.74-86.81 wt.% polyether polyol into the modified GO dispersion, stirring and dispersing evenly, then adding 0.20-0.60 wt.% silicon-containing surfactant and stirring until milky white, then adding 0.05-0.14 wt.% stannous octoate and 0.09-0.26 wt.% triethylenediamine, and stirring at a constant stirring speed, pouring 13.70-41.11 wt.% toluene diisocyanate into the above-mentioned uniformly stirred mixed solution, stirring, when the color becomes milky white and bubbles begin to be generated, pouring into the mold for free foaming for 12-24 hours to obtain final product. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene polyurethane composite sponge material obtained by above method.
