NOVELTY - Preparing an anti-oxidation coating of neodymium iron boron magnet comprises (1) cleaning the surface of semifinished neodymium iron boron magnets, removing contaminants, and drying, (2) sandblasting the sintered neodymium iron boron magnet, and preheating the magnet in a vacuum environment, (3) coating the enamel coating on the surface of the sintered neodymium iron boron magnet by means of cathode electrophoretic deposition, and carrying out firing treatment to the magnet coated with the enamel coating, and (4) the radiating coating is modified graphene radiating coating, and comprises 50-55 pts. wt. flake graphene, 8-10 pts. wt. flake boron nitride, 70-80 pts. wt. silicone resin, 1-2 pts. wt. curing agent, 3-4 pts. wt. dispersant, and 2-3 pts. wt. leveling agent. USE - The method is useful for preparing anti-oxidation coating of neodymium iron boron magnet, which is useful in various motors, chemical plating, organic coating and physical vapor deposition (PVD) coating. ADVANTAGE - The method improves corrosion resistance of the neodymium iron boron magnet surface.
