▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene oxide aerogel solid phase extraction column comprises aminated graphene oxide aerogel. USE - The graphene oxide aerogel solid phase extraction column is useful for extracting perfluoric acid compounds including perfluorooctane carboxylic acid and perfluorooctane sulfonic acid (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene oxide aerogel: has high adsorption capacity; and can adsorbs more perfluoric acid compounds. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene oxide aerogel solid phase extraction column, comprising (i) taking natural graphite as raw material and then carrying out low temperature reaction, medium temperature reaction and high temperature reaction, washing and drying to obtain graphene oxide by the improved Hummers method, (ii) ultrasonically dispersing the graphene oxide obtained in step (i) to obtain first dispersion liquid, adding diethylene triamine solution into dispersion, stirring the reaction solution to obtain second dispersion liquid, adding N,N-methylenebisacrylamide and ammonium persulfate into second dispersion liquid, performing hydrothermal reaction, reacting and cooling the reaction to room temperature to obtain aminated graphene oxide hydrogel, (iii) soaking aminated graphene oxide hydrogel obtained in step (ii) with ethanol, and freeze-drying the solid product to obtain aminated graphene oxide aerogel, and (iv) adding aminated graphene oxide aerogel obtained in step (iii) into separation column, adding certain amount of quartz sand or silica gel as support agent, placing the separation column on a shaker and vibrating, and compacting the aminated graphene oxide aerogel to obtain final product.
