▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Carbon fiber composite material preparation involves dispersing graphene oxide in a solvent to obtain graphene oxide suspension, adding diamine and catalyst at 20-120 degrees C with stirring for 1-5 hours, filtering the resulting mixture, and then drying to give amine thin graphite. Polyacrylonitrile conductive carbon fibers as working electrode are immersed in 9.8 g/l sulfuric acid solution to generate carboxyl carbon fibers. The generated carboxyl carbon fibers are immersed in suspension at 20-120 degrees C with stirring for 1-5 hours to produce graphene modified carbon fibers. USE - Method for producing carbon fiber composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method produces the carbon fiber composite material in a simple manner with excellent selective adsorption capacity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Carbon fiber composite material preparation involves dispersing graphene oxide in a solvent to obtain graphene oxide suspension, adding diamine and catalyst at 20-120 degrees C with stirring for 1-5 hours, filtering the resulting mixture, and then drying to give amine thin graphite. The produced graphene modified carbon fibers are immersed in suspension with catalyst at 20-120 degrees C with stirring for 1-5 hours to produce graphene bilayer modified carbon fibers. The resulting produce graphene bilayer modified carbon fibers, the carboxyl carbon fibers and the aphene modified carbon fibers are mixed to generate a multi-layered carbon fiber composite carrier. Potassium ferrocyanide solution is added in the generated multi-layered carbon fiber composite carrier to adjust pH to 2-7, and then immersed in potassium ferrocyanide solution for 10-50 minutes at 20-110 degrees C. The soaking process is repeated for 3-7 times to give the final carbon fiber composite material. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic scanning electron microscopic image of the carbon fiber composite material.
