The storage tank is connected with spraying pipe (9) which is connected with the nozzle that is set in the melting furnace. The first feeding channel is connected with the first line which comprises a first feeding channel of the first flow guide channel. USE - Device for preparing graphene film on glass surface (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The device is highly efficient and cost effective manner. The graphene film has good electrical conductivity and transparency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Device comprises melting furnace (1), where the melting furnace is provided with two discharging ports. Two discharge holes are respectively connected with the first feeding channel (2) and the second feeding channel (3). The outside of the melting furnace is provided with a storage tank (8) filled with graphene dispersion. The storage tank is connected with spraying pipe (9) which is connected with the nozzle that is set in the melting furnace. The first feeding channel is connected with the first line which comprises a first feeding channel of the first flow guide channel. The first guide flow passage is connected with the first chamber. The first forming chamber is connected to the first annealing furnace. A first annealing furnace is connected with the first cold cutting unit. The second feeding channel is connected with the second line which comprises a second feeding channel of the second guide flow passage. The second guide flow passage is connected with the second chamber that is connected with the second annealing furnace. A second annealing furnace is connected with the second cold cutting unit. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene film on the glass surface, which involves: (A) processing the molten glass liquid in the melting furnace and dispersing to the glass liquid surface spraying graphene in the melting furnace through the nozzle; (B) forming a graphene sheet on the surface of the glass liquid, where the upper layer glass liquid is floated graphene sheet through the first production line to obtain graphene film attached glass plate; and (C) processing lower purified molten glass through a second line to obtain the flat glass.
