▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing nanoscale carbon material reinforced metal matrix composite material comprises coating a metal layer on the surface of the nano-scale carbon material, adding metal particles for ball milling, dispersing and sintering, where the sum of the volume of the nano-scale carbon material is 0.01-80%, the size requirements of the nanoscale carbon materials and metal particles are: K × the sum of the area of the largest cross-section of the carbon material in a unit volume ≤ the sum of the surface areas of the metal particles in a unit volume, K is the spatial compensation coefficient, preferably 1-9. The nanoscale carbon material is carbon nanotubes, graphene/graphite nanosheets, and/or C60. The plated metal layer is plated nickel, copper, zinc, tungsten, silver, titanium, cobalt or iron. The metal particles are copper, aluminum, magnesium, titanium, silver, nickel, iron, or cobalt metal/alloy. USE - The material is useful in the fields of metal matrix composites, nanoelectronic devices and biosensors. ADVANTAGE - The material has excellent mechanical properties, electrical and thermal properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for nanoscale carbon material reinforced metal matrix composite material prepared by the above mentioned method.
