NOVELTY - Nano graphene extreme pressure anti-wear repairing lubricating grease comprises 55-60 pts. wt. synthetic lubricating oil, 18-22 pts. wt. compound castor oil, 11-13 pts. wt. natural fatty acid lithium soap, 0.5-1 pts. wt. antioxidant rust agent, 1-2 pts. wt. extreme pressure agent, 4-6 pts. wt. organic molybdenum, 0.5-1 pts. wt. sodium bentonite, 1-2 pts. wt. rare earth and 1-2 pts. wt. graphene. USE - Used as nano graphene extreme-pressure anti-wear repairing lubricating grease. ADVANTAGE - The lubricating grease belongs to the technical field of metal surface nanometerization treatment, and specifically provides super strong bonding to the liquid phase on the soap fiber surface of the original grease, and has good colloidal stability, suitable for the lubrication of heavy-duty mechanical equipment e.g. high-strength loads and large-mass main bearings. The lubricating grease has high initial viscosity, mainly low satisfy speed, high load and long period lubricating protection environment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the nano graphene extreme pressure anti-wear repairing lubricating grease comprising (i) mixing graphene, rare earth and sodium bentonite in proportion, placing them into a high-frequency vibrating sieve, and under normal temperature and pressure, passing all the nano-sieves through to obtain a core powder, (ii) adding natural fatty acid lithium soap, synthetic lubricating oil, compound castor oil, organic molybdenum, antioxidant rust agent, and extreme pressure agent into the reaction kettle according to the corresponding proportion, heating to 180℃, and pressurizing to 2 atmospheres, and rotating at a constant speed for 4 hours to obtain grease, and (iii) cooling the grease obtained in step (ii) at 100℃, pouring the core powder into the lubricating grease, allowing to stand for 10℃ under normal pressure, rotating the reactor uniformly reactor at a constant speed for 2 hours to obtain the finished product of nano graphene extreme pressure anti-wear repairing lubricating grease.
