▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The biosensor has a graphene field effect transistor and a biological sensing region. The graphene field effect transistor is provided with a bottom gate (11). The bottom gate is provided with a first dielectric layer (12). The first dielectric layer is provided with a source electrode (13), a drain electrode (17) and a graphene channel layer (15). The source electrode and the drain electrode are respectively set on two ends of the graphene channel layer. The graphene channel layer is a second dielectric layer (14). The second dielectric layer is a top gate (16). The biological sensing area is connected with the top gate through the lead. The biological sensing area is modified with biological identification molecular layer. USE - Graphene field effect transistor biosensor with double-gate structure. ADVANTAGE - The biosensor separates the graphene field effect transistor from the biological sensing area, and the two are connected by the lead, so that the stability and sensitivity of the measurement are high. The graphene FET can be used repeatedly, and the detection cost is greatly reduced.
