NOVELTY - Nano composite comprises a core (110) containing graphene oxide (111) and metal peroxide (112) attached to graphene oxide surface; and a shell (120) made of drug (121) and biocompatible polymer supported on the core. USE - Used as nano composite. ADVANTAGE - The nano composite has excellent photo thermal treatment efficiency, and sustained release properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for apparatus comprising a combustion device for burning metal oxide precursor, and generating metal oxide particles, a reaction tank including metal oxide precursor and oxidizing agent generated in the combustion unit and forming metal peroxide precursor, and a spraying unit containing a metal peroxide precursor formed in the combustion device and mixed solution containing graphene oxide, drug and biocompatible polymer, and spraying the mixed solution on the metal peroxide precursor to form nano composite.
