NOVELTY - Non-slip polyurethane sole material comprises polyester polyol, 1,4-butanediol, catalyst, graphene fiber, azobisformamide, polyoxypropylene-ethylene oxide copolyether, azobisisoheptonitrile, antioxidant, nano titanium dioxide, dicyclohexyl methane diisocyanate, nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, butadienyl triethoxysilane. USE - Non-slip polyurethane sole material. ADVANTAGE - The non-slip polyurethane sole material has good comprehensive performance, uniform material, good oil resistance and abrasion resistance, soft and comfortable, air permeability, and high practical value. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing non-slip polyurethane sole material, which involves: (A) mixing nano titanium dioxide and butadienyltriethoxysilane, sonicating for 20-30 minutes, then adjusting pH to 6.25 to 6.45, and shaking for 1.0-1.5 hours, centrifugal separation and drying to obtain modified nano titanium dioxide; (B) stirring and mixing polyester polyol, catalyst, graphene fiber, azodicarbonamide, polyoxypropylene-ethylene oxide copolyether, heating to 88-108 degrees C, and keeping temperature for 1.5-2.5 hours; (C) adding azobisisoheptonitrile, nano calcium carbonate, antioxidant, dicyclohexylmethane diisocyanate, and modified nanometer titanium dioxide obtained, performing shear dispersion at rate of 40 miniutes, and then reacting at temperature of 75-86 degrees C for 2.5-3.5 hours to obtain reactant; (D) keeping reactants at 75-86 degrees C, adding 1,4-butanediol and nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, mixture is quickly stirring for 3-5 minutes; and (E) curing to prepare the non-slip polyurethane sole material.
