NOVELTY - Producing aerated concrete block, comprises (a) mixing graphene oxide powder with ammonia water, stirring to obtain a mixed solution, ultrasonic dispersing mixed solution to obtain dispersion, centrifuging the dispersion, filtering to obtain filtrate as graphene oxide dispersion, and (b) grinding ceramic waste, waste concrete, refractory cement, graphene oxide dispersion, foam stabilizer, air entraining agent, polypropylene fiber, water, ceramic waste and waste concrete, passing resultant through screen to obtain ceramic waste fine powder and waste concrete fine powder, mixing ceramic waste fine powder, waste concrete fine powder and refractory cement, drying in oven to obtain mixed powder, adding deionized water and polypropylene fiber into mixed powder, stirring to obtain mixed slurry, adding graphene oxide dispersion, foaming material, foam stabilizer and air entraining agent into mixed slurry, stirring resultant, static curing, autoclaving, and drying and cooling. USE - The method is useful for producing aerated concrete block. ADVANTAGE - The aerated concrete block has improved crack resistance property, thermal insulation property, and reduced smoke generating ability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Producing aerated concrete block, comprises (a) mixing graphene oxide powder with ammonia water of pH-11, stirring for 20-30 minutes to obtain a mixed solution, ultrasonic dispersing mixed solution to obtain dispersion, centrifuging the dispersion, filtering to obtain filtrate as graphene oxide dispersion, and (b) separately grinding 20-36 pts. wt. ceramic waste, 18-30 pts. wt. waste concrete, 22-35 pts. wt. refractory cement, 5-9 pts. wt. graphene oxide dispersion, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. foam stabilizer, 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. air entraining agent, 0.3-0.7 pts. wt. polypropylene fiber, 10-18 pts. wt. deionized water, ceramic waste and waste concrete, passing the resultant through a 200 mesh screen to obtain ceramic waste fine powder and waste concrete fine powder, mixing ceramic waste fine powder, waste concrete fine powder and refractory cement, drying in an oven at 50-60 degrees C to a constant weight to obtain a mixed powder, adding deionized water and polypropylene fiber into the mixed powder, uniformly stirring to obtain mixed slurry, separately adding graphene oxide dispersion, foaming material, foam stabilizer and air entraining agent into the mixed slurry, stirring the resultant for 1-2 minutes, adding the resultant the into a mold, static curing, autoclaving, and drying and cooling at room temperature to obtain an aerated concrete block.
