NOVELTY - Preparing sensitive film involves dissolving 1-5 pts. wt. base material powder and 0.1-1.5 pts. wt. graphene in 10-50 pts. wt. organic solvent dimethyl sulfoxide DMSO, ultrasonicating for 1-3 hours, magnetic stirring for 0.5- 1.0 hours to get the precursor solution. The 3-7 pts. wt. graft modifier is added to the above precursor solution, and stirred vigorously at 60-80 C oil bath for 6-10 hours to obtain a uniform and transparent solution, and dissolved in 2-5 times the mass of dimethylformamide and stir at room temperature for 10-60 minutes to obtain the mother liquor solution. The 2-10 pts. wt. inorganic nanoparticles and a certain weight of chloride ion fluorescent probe powder are added to the above mother liquor solution, after 30 minutes of magnetic stirring, use an ultrasonic disperser to disperse four times to obtain a homogeneous spray solution. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare sensitive film which has large specific surface area, good hydrophilic properties, excellent mechanical properties and chemical stability, very sensitive to the response of chloride ion, and capable of detecting chloride ion content in concrete in real time. It is suitable for the detection of chloride ions in the harsh environment of concrete in civil engineering.
