▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - n-Butyl phosphate is added to sodium butyrate-modified hydrotalcite suspension, stirring, and precipitate is separated from liquid. Precipitate is then washed using deionized water, dried and ground to obtain modified talc powder. Modified powder is added to vacuum furnace, heated under vacuum, calcined, and cooled to room temperature. Calcined powder is added to hydrochloric acid solution, stirred, precipitated and dried. Obtained product is heated under vacuum, and cooled to obtain two-dimensional phosphorus-doped graphene. USE - Preparation of two-dimensional phosphorus-doped graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently provides two-dimensional phosphorus-doped graphene, by simple method under mild reaction condition. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - 20-50 Mesh talc is added to 0.5-1 mmol 0.1-1 %mass aqueous solution of sodium butyrate, stirred at 60-70 degrees C in water bath for 5-6 hours, and aged for 12-24 hours, to obtain sodium butyrate-modified hydrotalcite suspension. 2-4 mmol n-Butyl phosphate is added to sodium butyrate-modified hydrotalcite suspension, stirred at 60-70 degrees C in water bath for 6-8 hours, and the precipitate is separated from the liquid. The precipitate is then washed using deionized water for 2-3 times, dried and ground to obtain modified talc powder having size of 20-40 mesh. The modified talc powder is added to vacuum furnace, heated under vacuum at 400-600 degrees C, calcined for 2-4 hours, and cooled to room temperature. The calcined powder is added to 5-10 ml 20-40 %mass hydrochloric acid solution, stirred for 3-4 hours under nitrogen atmosphere, precipitated and dried. The obtained product is heated at 2000-2500 degrees C under vacuum for 3-6 hours, and cooled to obtain two-dimensional phosphorus-doped graphene.
