▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The system includes graphene/graphene oxide with organic linkers and semiconductor nanoparticles which are selected from titanium oxide. Organic linkers absorb more photons from the sun light, and once attached to graphene or reduced graphene oxide, semiconductor nanoparticles not only open up the extra range for solar spectrum, but also increase the conductivity of the graphene oxide or graphene oxide sheet with different chemical-organic links. Graphene oxide is oxidized using a mixture of concentrated sulfuric acid, potassium permanganate, water, sodium nitrate and hydrogen peroxide. USE - Improved organic photovoltaic system. ADVANTAGE - Inexpensive, eco-friendly, and reliable in terms of responsible and efficiency. Better photo current since graphene sheet with different chemical-organic linkers enhances the quenching effect. More efficient electronic conductivity by attaching semiconductor nanoparticles to graphene/graphene oxide. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a preparation method of photovoltaic system.
