NOVELTY - Preparation of monomolecular film involves soaking indium titanium oxide glass in cleaning solution, removing, placing in water bath, removing, soaking in amphiphilic ruthenium complex solution, removing, cleaning with water, drying using inert gas, coated glass, dissolving sodium lauryl sulfate in water, dispersing graphene in resultant solution, centrifuging, obtaining graphene dispersion having graphene concentration of 0.1-0.3 mg/ml, spin-coating graphene dispersion on coated glass, drying at room temperature, washing with methanol, and drying. USE - Preparation of monomolecular film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of monomolecular film by simple process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of monomolecular film involves adding water to clean container, adjusting pH to 10 using ammonia, dissolving amphiphilic ruthenium complex in resultant solution, adjusting pH to 5 using hydrochloric acid, obtaining amphiphilic ruthenium complex solution (A), soaking indium titanium oxide glass in cleaning solution, removing, placing in water bath, removing, soaking in solution (A) at room temperature for 3-6 hours, removing, cleaning with water, drying using inert gas, coated glass, dissolving sodium lauryl sulfate in water, dispersing graphene in resultant solution, centrifuging, obtaining graphene dispersion having graphene concentration of 0.1-0.3 mg/ml, spin-coating graphene dispersion on coated glass, drying at room temperature, washing with methanol, and drying.
