▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A flexible porous composite film material doped with piezoelectric-photocatalytic material comprises composite film substrate with porous structure. The flexible porous composite film material is prepared by soaking composite film substrate in piezoelectric-photocatalyst slurry, and spraying nano-photocatalyst slurry on surface. The piezoelectric-photocatalyst slurry includes graphene-modified zinc oxide/cadmium sulfide/zirconium titanate, and silver-doped metal titanate. The nano-photocatalyst slurry includes nano-titanium dioxide or nano-zinc oxide. USE - The flexible porous composite film material doped with piezoelectric-hotocatalytic material is used for air purification and catalytic degradation of organic pollutants, bacterial and virus (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The film material has high flexibility, high porosity and high ventilation, piezoelectric effect, improved catalytic performance under low light indoor conditions, and excellent mechanical properties which can withstand the vibration caused by high-frequency airflow for a long time. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the film material comprising (A) preparing composite film substrate with porous structure; (B) adding polyvinyl acetate (PVA) to deionized water to obtain 0.5-1 wt.% PVA solution, and adding graphene-modified zinc oxide/cadmium sulfide/zirconium titanate composite slurry to obtain aqueous dispersion slurry; dissolving polyvinyl pyrrolidone (PVP) in absolute ethanol, adding long nano-titanium dioxide fiber and appropriate amount of silver-doped metal titanate nanoparticles to obtain organic dispersion slurry; mixing aqueous dispersion slurry and organic dispersion slurry at ratio of 1:0.1-1 to obtain piezoelectric slurry suspension; and soaking composite film substrate, ultrasonicating or shaking for 1-5 minutes, standing for 5-10 minutes, taking out, placing in oven, drying, and cooling to obtain pre-formed flexible porous composite film; and (C) mixing nano-titanium dioxide, nano-zinc oxide and nano-silver oxide at mass ratio of 1:0.5-2:0.01-0.1, adding to deionized water to obtain 5-20 wt.% mixed suspension, spraying on surface of composite film, drying, heating to carry out softening and pressure treatment or performing semi-hot melt molding, ultrasonically washing with deionized water, and drying. The silver-doped metal titanate is silver-doped bismuth titanate. The mass ratio of nano-titanium dioxide, nano-zinc oxide and nano-silver oxide particles is 1:0.5-1:0.01-0.05.
