NOVELTY - An anti-wear super-hydrophobic waterproof coating comprises a waterproof putty layer, a bottom coating layer, and a topcoat layer. USE - Anti-wear super-hydrophobic waterproof coating is used for concrete structure. ADVANTAGE - The anti-wear super-hydrophobic waterproof coating has excellent film-forming property and self-leveling property, and is prepared by feasible process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the anti-wear super-hydrophobic waterproof coating, which involves mixing 15-40 pts. wt. heavy calcium carbonate, 20-50 pts. wt. calcium hydroxide, 0.3-1.5 pts. wt. methyl cellulose, 5-15 pts. wt. bentonite, and 10-30 pts. wt. corn starch, adding 20-30 pts. wt. water, stirring evenly to obtain a waterproof putty, dissolving 100 pts. wt. epoxy resin in 20-40 pts. wt. organic solvent, fully dissolving after stirring, adding a curing agent and uniformly mixing to form a primer solution, dissolving 50-70 pts. wt. toluene diisocyanate in 20-30 pts. wt. dimethylformamide, thoroughly stirring to dissolve to form a toluene diisocyanate solution, dissolving 5-10 pts. wt. 2-perfluorooctylethyl alcohol in 2-3 pts. wt. dimethylformamide, thoroughly stirring to dissolve to obtain a 2-perfluorooctylethyl alcohol solution, adding the toluene diisocyanate solution to a four-neck flask under a nitrogen atmosphere, dripping the 2-perfluorooctylethyl alcohol to the toluene diisocyanate solution at a dripping rate of 2-4 drops/second using a constant pressure dripping funnel, maintaining a constant temperature at 45-55 degrees C for 2 hours to obtain a fluorinated toluene diisocyanate, heating to 60 degrees C, adding an appropriate amount of polybutylene glycol to form a reaction liquid, continuously stirring, vacuum distilling to obtain a fluorinated polyurethane prepolymer, adding 100 pts. wt. fluorine-containing polyurethane prepolymer to 10-12 pts. wt. organic solvent, evenly stirring while adding 5-10 pts. wt. leveling agent, 5-10 pts. wt. film-forming agent, 5-15 pts. wt. water-blocking agent, 1-5 pts. wt. nanoparticle additive, and 10-12 pts. wt. chain extender in sequence to form a top coat layer solution, coating the waterproof putty on a concrete base by brushing to form the waterproof putty layer, drying the waterproof putty layer, evenly applying the primer on the waterproof putty layer by brushing or rolling to obtain a primer layer, rolling or spraying the topcoat layer solution onto the primer layer before curing the primer layer to avoid uneven application of the topcoat or hanging flow, and completely curing. The molar ratio of epoxy group in the epoxy resin and active hydrogen in the curing agent is 1:1.1. The concentration of free isocyanate in the reaction solution after adding polybutylene glycol is 0.41-0.45 wt.%.
