NOVELTY - The device has a filter cigarette holder provided with an oil smoke filter layer. A heat insulation protective sleeve is provided with a double-layer glass base body. An outer surface the double-layer glass base body is provided with a groove. An inner section of the groove is provided with an infrared heating component that is provided with an intelligent flexible electric heating film and a battery pack. The intelligent flexible electric heating film is provided with a heat insulation layer, where the oil smoke filter layer is made of food-grade glass fabric fiber carbon, and the heat insulation protective sleeve is made of flexible heat insulation material and pearl cotton, and a heating layer of the flexible electric heating film adopts carbon nano-tube layer or graphene layer. USE - Non-combustion type point smoking device e.g. electronic cigarette lighter. ADVANTAGE - The device utilizes infrared heating with high temperature for heating and adding the multi-layer filter to reduce smoke rate, utilizes the double-layer glass base body to clean to effectively reduce smoke fouling of heating, so that a surface of the heating component surface is not conductive, thus improving safety performance, and equips a new infrared ray heating integrated point smoking structure with a detachable multifunction smoke filter layer to absorb harmful substance in smoke.
