NOVELTY - Production of graphene composite material involves preparing highly-dispersed nano-titanium dioxide particles using gel-sol method, mixing graphene powder and alcohol solution, ultrasonically-processing, adding nano titanium dioxide particles, stirring for 0.5-5 hours, centrifuging to obtain titanium dioxide-modified graphene powder, washing and drying in oven under vacuum conditions. USE - Production of graphene composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple and efficient production of graphene composite material graphene composite material.
