NOVELTY - Preparing high-strength wear-resistant non-oriented graphene/composite material involves preparing titanium aluminum niobium spherical prealloyed powder by a rotating electrode method as a matrix, and graphene as a reinforcing filler. The graphene selected is ultrasonically dispersed in deionized water according to the total mass of the mixed powder of 0.0% to 2.0%, and then the titanium aluminum niobium spherical prealloyed powder is added and stirred, and the ultrasonication is continued. The mixture is dried in a vacuum drying oven to obtain a mixed powder. The mixed powder obtained is subjected to dry high-energy ball-milling mixed powder, the graphene and the titanium aluminum niobium pre-alloyed powder are thoroughly mixed, and the particle size of the obtained mixed powder is reduced. The ball milled mixed powder is sieved, and the mesh size is smaller than the average particle diameter of the original titanium aluminum niobium. USE - Method for preparing high-strength wear-resistant non-oriented graphene/composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare high-strength wear-resistant non-oriented graphene/composite material with improved strength, wear resistance property and stable structure. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The mixed powder obtained is layered and layered in the mold in a certain order. The mold is placed in a spark plasma sintering machine for sintering. The block obtained is subjected to multi-directional rolling, and the block after multi-directional rolling is subjected to solid solution and aging treatment.
