NOVELTY - The preparation method of graphene masterbatch involves adding graphite powder, sodium nitrate, and potassium perchlorate to concentrated sulfuric acid solution, stirring, centrifuging, washing, and heating and drying to obtain mixed graphene powder, placing the mixed graphene powder in ethanol steam, taking out, and freeze-drying to obtain modified graphene powder, adding to the mixed acid solution, stirring, centrifuging, precipitating, and washing to obtain acidified graphene powder, adding to the silane solution, stirring, drying, and adjusting the pH value. USE - Preparation method of graphene masterbatch for waterproof coiled material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene masterbatch with excellent graphene dispersion effect and which improves the high-temperature resistance of the waterproof coiled material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation method of graphene masterbatch involves (A) adding 10-15 pts. wt. graphite powder, 5-10 pts. wt. sodium nitrate, and 20-25 pts. wt. potassium perchlorate to concentrated sulfuric acid solution, uniformly stirring for 5-10 minutes, centrifuging the mixture in a centrifuge, repeatedly washing the precipitate with deionized water until neutral, and heating and drying by microwave to obtain mixed graphene powder, (B) placing the mixed graphene powder in ethanol steam for 5-8 minutes, taking out, and freeze-drying to obtain modified graphene powder, (C) adding the modified graphene powder to the mixed acid solution, uniformly stirring for 3-6 minutes under ultrasonic vibration condition, centrifuging the mixture by centrifuge, precipitating, and repeatedly washing with deionized water until neutral to obtain acidified graphene powder, (D) adding the obtained acidified graphene powder to the silane solution, stirring for 5-10 minutes, adding to infrared vacuum oven, drying, and adjusting the pH value to 7 using sodium hydroxide solution to obtain graphene solution, and (E) after drying the obtained graphene solution, adding 0.2-0.3 pt. wt. paraffin, 0.2-0.3 pt. wt. stearic acid, 0.5-1 pt. wt. filling oil, 0.5-1 pt. wt. anti-UV agent and 0.5-1 pt. wt. antioxidant to a high-speed mixer, mixing at 70-80 degrees C for 20-25 minutes, and granulating by an extruder.
