▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A composite solder comprises nickel-based solder and graphene. The nickel-based solder is composed of nickel, chromium, silicon and boron. The weight ratio of silicon, boron and graphene is (4.50-4.70):(3.10-3.40):(0.1-0.8). The thickness of graphene is 0.55-0.74 nm. USE - Composite solder for joining nickel base superalloy. ADVANTAGE - The composite solder inhibits the excessive reaction of the filler metal and the base metal, reduces the brittle compounds precipitated at the interface, ensures uniform diffusion area and improves the joint performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of composite solder.
