▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Regenerating pollution-free waste lubricating oil involves statically dehydrating waste lubricating oil at 260-280 degrees C, performing distillation to remove distillate to obtain a primary distillation substrate at 420-430 degrees C, and then performing distillation to remove the distillate to obtain a secondary distillation substrate. The secondary distillation substrate is added to the stirred tank under stirring with polyacrylamide aqueous solution at 60-70 degrees C for 20-30 minutes, and then mixed with potassium hydroxide aqueous solution under stirring for 20-30 minutes to prepare flocculation liquid. The clay is added to the flocculation solution and then centrifuged to get upper layer of oil. The upper oil liquid is filtered with a reinforced filter membrane to obtain regenerated lubricating oil. USE - Method for regenerating pollution-free waste lubricating oil. ADVANTAGE - The method regenerates the pollution-free waste lubricating oil in a simple, cost-effective and eco-friendly manner with less harmful reagents, reduced pollutant emissions, very good properties oil resistance after multiple filtrations, increased service life of the filter membrane, and convenient filter membrane cleaning.
