NOVELTY - Preparing a scratch-resistant ring-secret amine material containing graphene, comprises (i) adding graphene, wood fiber, melamine resin powder and stearic acid into the ball mill for ball milling, and dispersing and refining by the jet mill, and adding into the high pressure machine, where the pressurize is 2-3MPa and releasing pressure suddenly to obtain expanded and dispersed graphene-melamine resin powder, (ii) adding bleached rice husk powder and plasticizer into the kneader, kneading at 70-80 degrees C for 10-20 minutes to obtain plasticized rice husk powder, and (iii) adding expanded graphene-melamine resin powder, plasticized rice husk powder, heat stabilizers, inorganic fillers, lubricants and antioxidants into the high mixer and mixing, passing through a jet mill for dispersion and refinement to obtain a scratch-resistant ring-secret amine material containing graphene. USE - The method is useful for preparing scratch-resistant ring-secret amine material containing graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method improves scratch resistance, maintains resistance to bumps, corrosion, high temperature and low temperature.
