NOVELTY - The method involves carrying out heat treatment on the component at the temperature of 110-150℃ for 20-30min, and sending the automobile components into the pre-modified liquid for ultrasonic treatment. The preprocessed accessories are placed in passivation solution for passivation treatment, and passivated accessories are obtained after passivation is finished. The passivated fitting is placed in the modified nano silicon dioxide for ionization treatment. Plasma treatment is performed on the automobile component. Spraying treatment is performed on the spray paint at a specified spraying flow rate and spraying thickness, and thermal improvement treatment is performed after the spraying is finished. USE - Spraying method for processing automobile components to improve corrosion resistance. Uses include but are not limited to passenger car, sedan, Multi-Purpose Vehicle (MPV) car, and sport utility vehicle (SUV) car. ADVANTAGE - The corrosion resistance of automobile components can be improved.
