NOVELTY - A bisphenol A concentration detecting method involves mixing oxidized graphene and bisphenol A with DNA fragment, which specifically binds to the 5' end of the DNA fragment with fluorescence modification to the DNA quenched fluorescence labeled fragment. The sample to be detected is mixed with the mixture for desorption of DNA fragments, recovering labeled DNA fragment mark followed by recovering fluorescence in the sample to determine the concentration of bisphenol-A. USE - Method for detecting bisphenol A concentration in sample. ADVANTAGE - The method enables detecting bisphenol A concentration with high selectivity, and high sensitivity in simple and fast manner.
