▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene sheets comprising copper foil are grown such that adjacent copper foils overlap and are connected by a conductive adhesive. A flexible sheet material comprising target carrier layer (I), graphene layer (I), copper layer, graphene layer (II), and flexible target carrier layer (II) is formed by electrostatic generation using the copper foil laminate. The electrochemical membrane material is peeled, and the primary product including flexible membrane target carrier layer and graphene layer is processed to obtain a single-layer continuous graphene roll of film. USE - Preparation of graphene thin film. coiled material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple preparation of graphene thin film coiled material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphene sheets comprising copper foil are grown such that adjacent copper foils overlap by 0.1-1 cm, and the copper foils are connected by a conductive adhesive. A flexible sheet material comprising target carrier layer (I), graphene layer (I), copper layer, graphene layer (II), and flexible target carrier layer (II) is formed by electrostatic generation using the copper foil laminate. The electrochemical membrane material is peeled to obtain a primary product including a flexible membrane target carrier layer and graphene layer. The coiled primary product is then processed to obtain a single-layer continuous graphene roll of film.
