NOVELTY - The preparation method of cyclohexanone using cyclohexanol as raw material involves: (1) uniformly mixing and stirring graphite oxide and deionized water, and carrying out ultrasonic treatment to obtain sheet-like graphene oxide dispersion liquid; and (2) preparing copper salt solution with concentration of 0.1-0.4 mole/l, aluminum salt solution with concentration of 0.1-0.4 mole/l, sodium citrate solution with concentration of 0.01 mole/l and sodium hydroxide solution with concentration of 0.5-2 mole/l using deionized water as solvent. USE - The method is useful for preparing cyclohexanone using cyclohexanol as raw material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables economical preparation of cyclohexanone with improved utilization rate of cyclohexanol, and high selectivity and yield. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation method of cyclohexanone using cyclohexanol as raw material involves: (1) uniformly mixing and stirring graphite oxide and deionized water, and carrying out ultrasonic treatment to obtain sheet-like graphene oxide dispersion liquid; (2) preparing copper salt solution with concentration of 0.1-0.4 mole/l, aluminum salt solution with concentration of 0.1-0.4 mole/l, sodium citrate solution with concentration of 0.01 mole/l and sodium hydroxide solution with concentration of 0.5-2 mole/l using deionized water as solvent; (3) uniformly mixing and stirring copper salt solution, aluminum salt solution and sodium citrate solution for 30 minutes, adding graphene oxide dispersion liquid, carrying out ultrasonic treatment using power of 1000 W for 30 minutes to obtain a mixed solution (A); (4) adding mixed solution (A) and sodium hydroxide solution to reactor, stirring at 30-90 degrees C to obtain a reaction solution, transferring the reaction solution to a high-pressure kettle, reacting at 150-180 degrees C for 6 hours, cooling to room temperature after the reaction is finished, filtering the reaction product, washing the obtained precipitate with deionized water, drying to prepare solid powder, finally placing the solid powder in tubular electric furnace under hydrogen atmosphere, and treating for 4-8 hours to prepare a catalyst; and (5) mixing cyclohexanol, hydrogen peroxide and water to prepare reaction raw material, then contacting the reaction raw material with catalyst, and reacting at a temperature of 30-110 degrees C and pressure of 0.1-1.5 MPa to prepare product.
