NOVELTY - The method involves preparing hydroxylated graphene suspension by dissolving hydroxylated graphene in solvent, heating, ultrasonically processing to disperse uniformly, adding polymer to obtain hydroxylated graphene-polymer turbid solution, heating to obtain homogeneous hydroxylated graphene-polymer turbid solution, cooling obtained product, adding volatile solvent to hydroxylated graphene-polymer turbid solution, filtering under vacuum conditions and then drying to obtain hydroxylated graphene-polymer powder, and drying obtained powder in oven to obtain composite. USE - The method is useful for preparing hydroxylated graphene-polymer composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is capable of preparing hydroxylated graphene-polymer composite material with controlled dielectric constant and improved electrical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The method involves preparing hydroxylated graphene suspension by dissolving hydroxylated graphene in organic solvent including N,N-dimethylformamide or tetrahydrofuran, heating the suspension having a concentration of 0.1-0.30 mg/ml, ultrasonicating the suspension for 30-60 minutes to disperse uniformly, adding polymer including polystyrene or polyvinylidene fluoride to the dispersion at a mass ratio of 0.1-30:1000 to obtain a hydroxylated graphene-polymer turbid solution, heating the solution at 70-90 degrees C for 0.5-1 hour to obtain a homogeneous hydroxylated graphene-polymer turbid solution, cooling the obtained product, adding a volatile solvent including ethanol or acetone to the hydroxylated graphene-polymer turbid solution at a volume ratio of 1:2, filtering under vacuum conditions and then drying to obtain hydroxylated graphene-polymer powder, and drying the obtained powder at 40-60 degrees C for 24-48 hours in an oven to obtain a composite.
