NOVELTY - Three dimensional printing material comprises 42-54 pts. wt. straw powder, 25-33 pts. wt. slag powder, 8-15 pts. wt. graphene, 36-45 pts. wt. waste plastic, 10-16 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 6-8 pts. wt. methacrylate, 16-24 pts. wt. rice hull, 2-4 pts. wt. coupling agent, 3-5 pts. wt. paraffin, 6-7 pts. wt. flexibilizer, 4-6 pts. wt. benzoyl peroxide, 6-10 pts. wt. nano-calcium carbonate, 1.4-2.6 pts. wt. citric acid, 20-25 pts. wt. argil, 0.6-1.4 pts. wt. lignin, 2-3 pts. wt. polyether polyol, and 8-12 pts. wt. rose. USE - Method for preparing medical high molecular splint. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare medical high molecular splint that has good mechanical property and fluidity, in simple and cost effective manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing three dimensional printing material, which involves: (A) performing primary crushing waste plastic, using waste plastic plastic cleaning machine with intermittent stirring crushing, cleaning to remove dirt on surface, naturally drying after selecting to obtain fine plastic, selecting plastic in low temperature crusher to crush into 200-260 meshes to obtain plastic powder; (B) washing rose with water, carrying out dehydration, pressing, breaking, drying, drying and crushing material after granulating, extracting particle with solvent of 50-60 degrees C for 2.5-4 hours, filtering after reinforcement extraction under ultrasonic condition, heating and distilling and recycling solvent, vacuum evaporating concentrate rose to obtain extracting solution; (C) mixing and crushing clay and graphene, placing on magnetic field intensity, stirring for 30-45 minutes at 200-300 revolutions per minute to obtain first mixture; (D) adding nano-calcium carbonate and citric acid into polyether polyatomic alcohol and dispersing ultrasonically to obtain second mixture; (E) adding straw powder, slag powder, plastic powder, epoxy resin, octyl, rice hull, lignin and rose extract liquid into high speed mixer to mix for 8-12 hours, adding first mixture and second mixture, coupling agent, paraffin wax, toughening agent and benzoyl peroxide and mixing continuously at 80-105 degrees C for 10-15 hours to obtain semi-finished product; and (F) placing semi-finished product in screw extrusion forming machine at 170-205 degrees C and stirring at 90-120 revolutions per minute, extruding strip to obtain finished product.
