▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for preparing plastic ultra-high-performance concrete involves (a) adding cyclodextrin and p-toluenesulfonic acid to the reaction vessel, stirring and dissolving, adding maleic anhydride, continuously stirring and raising the temperature to 80?? C, reacting for 7-8 hours, (b) adding hydroxyethyl acrylate, allyl sodium sulfonate, initiator ammonium persulfate and deionized water, reacting at 88-176degrees Celsius for 5-6 hours to obtain a mixture, (c) adding the prepared maleic and chlorohexane aggregate to a stirrer, and stirring uniformly to obtain water-reducing agent, (d) adding 20-30 wt.% sodium hydroxide solution to the mixture, and (e) uniformly stirring to obtain the mixture. USE - The method is useful for preparing plastic ultra-high performance concrete used for structure reinforcing, special component or sculpture manufacturing engineering application and precision is controllable. ADVANTAGE - The plastic ultra-high performance concrete preparation has excellent dispersing performance, mechanical property, stability and durability, and high performance concrete surface uniformly distributed with small holes, and aperture of small size, and is prepared by simple and economical process.
