NOVELTY - High barrier bio-based nylon film comprises barrier core layer, anti-bacterial layer and base material. The barrier core layer comprises 65-95 wt.% MXD6 nylon and 5-35 wt% second bio-type nylon. The anti-bacterial layer comprises 0-1 wt.% first slipping agent, 0-1 wt.% first opening agent, 0.1-10 wt.% antibacterial agent and 88-99.9 wt.% first biobased nylon. The base material comprises 0-1 wt.% first slurry, 0-1 wt.% second slurry and 0-10 wt.% antibacterial agent, and 88-99.9 wt.% third bio-style nylon. USE - The high barrier bio-based nylon film is useful in food and medical packaging field, preferably in the field of food and medicine. ADVANTAGE - The bio-based nylon film has excellent barrier property and antibacterial property, and good toughness and transparency, and can be widely used in food and medical packaging field.
