▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A triazine pesticide separating and enriching method involves adding divinylbenzene and Span80 (RTM: Sorbitane monooleate-80) to the sample tube and mixing to form an organic phase, adding polyvinylpyrrolidone/graphene oxide aqueous solution and adding acrylamide and potassium persulfate solid to form an aqueous phase. The aqueous phase is added to the organic phase and stirred, followed by placing in a dry box, heating to polymerize, washing, passing nitrogen and carbonizing, and adsorbing three kinds of triazine pesticides as simazine, chlorpyrifos and chlorpyrifos in farmland water, washing, desorbing by analytically pure acetone/analytically pure n-butanol, collecting the solution, drying, re-dissolving with analytically pure acetonitrile and finishing separation and enrichment of the triazine pesticide in the large volume water sample. USE - Method for separating and enriching triazine pesticide. ADVANTAGE - The method enables separating and enriching the triazine pesticide with three-dimensional porous, large specific surface area, strong absorbing ability and high extraction and enrichment capability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A triazine pesticide separating and enriching adding divinylbenzene and Span80 (RTM: Sorbitane monooleate-60) to the sample tube at volume ratio of 5:2, and uniformly mixing to form an organic phase, adding polyvinylpyrrolidone/graphene oxide aqueous solution with concentration of 5 mg/mL, adding acrylamide with concentration of acrylamide to 22.2 mg/mL, and adding potassium persulfate solid with concentration of potassium persulfate 11.1 mg/mL to form an aqueous phase. The aqueous phase is added dropwise to the organic phase and stirred the mixture rapidly to form a high internal phase emulsion. The 5 mL prepared high internal phase emulsion is taken, placed it in a dry box, heated to polymerize at 70 degrees C for 24 hours, washed it 3-5 times with secondary water and absolute ethanol, removed the un-reacted materials, and finally passed nitrogen and carbonized at 600 degrees C for 2 hours to obtain the carbonized polyvinylpyrrolidone/graphene oxide-acrylamide-divinylbenzene monolithic column. The 10-15 mg of carbonized polyvinylpyrrolidone/graphene oxide-acrylamide-divinylbenzene monolithic column is taken, and adsorbed three kinds of triazine pesticides as simazine, chlorpyrifos and chlorpyrifos in 100 mL of farmland water, washed the carbonized polyvinylpyrrolidone/graphene oxide-acrylamide-divinylbenzene monolithic column with an aqueous solution of 5 vol.% acetonitrile to remove interfering substances with low adsorption force. The three triazine pesticide targets enriched on the carbonized polyvinylpyrrolidone/graphene oxide-acrylamide-divinylbenzene monolithic column are desorbed by analytically pure acetone/analytically pure n-butanol at a volume ratio of 1:1 and the flow rate of 2.0 mL/minutes, collected the solution, dried the solution, re-dissolved with analytically pure acetonitrile to obtain the solution to be tested and finished the separation and enrichment of the triazine pesticide in the large volume water sample, where the concentration of the added aqueous phase is 85-90%.
