▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Rubber-based graphene thermally conductive material comprises 30-34 pts. wt. raw rubber, 0.3-1 pts. wt. cross-linking agent, 13-18 pts. wt. metal oxide, 20-25 pts. wt. ceramic filler, 25-30 pts. wt. graphene. The raw rubber includes natural raw rubber, isoprene rubber raw rubber, styrene-butadiene raw rubber, butadiene raw rubber, fluorine raw rubber, silicone raw rubber, neoprene rubber, EPDM rubber raw material, and modified EPDM raw rubber. USE - Rubber-based graphene thermally conductive material used for heat dissipation in the field of electronic products (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing a thermally conductive material, which comprises: (A) adding metal oxide, ceramic material, and graphene to 100-300 pts. wt. isopropyl alcohol, reacting at 70-90 degrees C for 1-3 hours, and filtering; (B) kneading the mixture, rubber raw rubber, and cross-linking agent at a temperature of 30-40 degrees C and a roller pitch of 1 mm; (C) pressing the mixture with a double-roll mill, extruding into a sheet having a thickness of less than 0.5 mm, and laminating 1-10 sheets of sheet into a block; (D) slicing the block in a vertical direction; and (E) heating the cut sheet to 150-180 degrees C under a pressure of 2-6 Mega Pascal and reacting for 5-30 minutes.
