NOVELTY - The electrode has a graphene composite with a mixed structure of microparticle and multilayer graphene. The microparticle are metal or semiconductor particles and are bound to the surface or inside of the multilayer graphene, and some of the microparticle are mutual bonding and solidification. The multilayer graphene has a three-dimensional structure in which several layers of graphene are stacked and bent in an arbitrary direction, and a part of the empty space between the microparticle is filled with the multilayer graphene to form an interconnected structure. The fine particles are made of gold, silicon, or silicon carbide or silicon oxide, silver, hybrid graphene electrode characterized by being coated with silver on copper metal surface. USE - Hybrid graphene electrode such as graphene metal composite. ADVANTAGE - The electrode has a three-dimensional structure by cross-linking of microparticles and graphene, and has excellent sensitivity to low-concentration antigens by using high electrical conductivity due to structural characteristic.
