▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Use of azobenzene-graphene composite material is claimed for preparing anti-icing material involves dissolving azobenzene and sodium nitrate in de-ionized water at room temperature, dispersing oxidized graphene uniformly in water and using sodium carbonate to adjust pH at 8-10. The sodium borohydride is added and placed at 80-90 degrees C for 2-5 hours. The reduction reaction of graphene oxide is oxide group. The hydrochloric acid is dropped into solution to form diazonium salt. The heavy nitrogen salt is added in redox graphene to react to obtain azobenzene/graphene composite material. The composition comprises 2-3 pts. wt. azobenzene, 2-3 pts. wt. sodium nitrate, 30-50 pts. wt. de-ionized water. The hydrochloric acid is hydrogen chloride. The concentration of aqueous solution is 1-2 mole/L. The dosage of hydrogen chloride is 10-20 pts. wt. The ratio of diazonium salt and redox graphene is 30-60:80-100. USE - Azobenzene-graphene composite material is used in preparing anti-icing material. ADVANTAGE - The azobenzene-graphene composite material has good hydrophobic property, heat property, and good anti-icing effect.
