▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves using three-dimensional (3D) printing to print a graphene oxide ink into a fork pattern on a substrate and drying. The substrate is a silicon sheet, a glass sheet, a nylon sheet or a polyimide film. The dried fork pattern is reduced in reducing agent. A washing and drying process are performed to obtain a graphene current collector. The reducing agent is mixed solution of hydrogen iodide (HI) and acetic acid (CH3COOH). The graphene oxide ink is prepared by adding graphene oxide into a solvent and performing ball milling to obtain graphene oxide ink. The solvent is water and/or ethanol. USE - Method for preparing current collector graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and efficient, utilizes reduction graphene as the current collector to greatly reduce the manufacturing cost of zinc ion micro-battery and the preparation process without adding adhesive agent, and has good electrical conductivity without high-temperature post-treatment, which will not destroy the crystal structure of the electrode material, thus improving the electrochemical energy storage performance of the device. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing zinc ion micro-battery. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a scanning electron micrograph of the cathode material of the zinc ion micro-battery.
