NOVELTY - A tin oxide-graphene foam composite electrode plate preparing method involves ball milling graphite oxide and polyacrylonitrile and dispersing by adding mixed solution of alcohol and water to obtain a suspension. The suspension is soaked with foamed nickel. The solvent is steamed. The resultant product is reacted and cooled naturally to obtain the processed product. The processed product is immersed in hydrochloric acid to obtain graphene foam, followed by titrating toluene suspension containing tin oxide with graphene foam and drying, and annealing the dried product in a muffle furnace. USE - Method for preparing tin oxide-graphene foam composite electrode plate. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing the electrode plate in a cost effective manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A tin oxide-graphene foam composite electrode plate preparing method involves ball milling graphite oxide and polyacrylonitrile and dispersing by adding mixed solution of alcohol and water ultrasonically to obtain a suspension. The suspension is soaked with foamed nickel. The solvent is steamed. The resultant product is reacted in a muffle furnace under hydrogen-nitrogen mixed gas protection and cooled naturally to room temperature to obtain the processed product. The processed product is immersed in hydrochloric acid to carry out reaction to obtain graphene foam, followed by adding tin oxide into toluene under ultrasonic condition to form toluene suspension containing tin oxide, titrating the toluene suspension containing tin oxide with graphene foam and drying, annealing the dried product in a muffle furnace and subjecting the annealed product to roller press machine after cooling to obtain the finished product.
