NOVELTY - A ferrocene/graphene oxide/sol-gel silicon film comprises sol-gel silicon film, where the sol-gel silicon film comprises rules porous channel, and the rules porous channel is added with ferrocene and graphene oxide by electric deposition. USE - Ferrocene/graphene oxide/sol-gel silicon film for use in electrochemical sensor that is utilized for detecting glucose stability (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The film has ensured efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for the following: (1) a method for preparing ferrocene/graphene oxide/sol-gel silicon film, which involves adding ethyl orthosilicate in anhydrous alcohol and 0.05-0.2 mol/l hydrochloric acid to obtain mixed aqueous solution, adding 5-15 mol/l hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide and 0.05-0.15 mol/l sodium nitrate in mixed aqueous solution to obtain precursor solution, followed by adding precursor solution with ferrocene and graphene oxide, stirring at room temperature for 3-6 hours, adding 0.05-0.15 mol/l sodium hydroxide aqueous solution, adjusting pH to 3.5-4.5, placing the pH adjusted solution in electrolytic cell, setting voltage at -1.3 V, and performing electrodeposition at room temperature for 30-150 seconds to obtain the finished product (2) a electrochemical sensor comprising working electrode having two ferrocene/graphene oxide/sol-gel silicon film in the upper sensor.
