NOVELTY - Environmentally-friendly heat-conducting insulating coating comprises 44-55 pts. wt. modified epoxy resin, 0.3-1 pts. wt. dispersant, 10-35 pts. wt. filler, 8-20 pts. wt. pigment, 5-8 pts. wt. composite dispersion, 0.6-2 pts. wt. thixotropic agent and 5-7 pts. wt. solvent. USE - The environmentally-friendly heat-conducting insulating coating is useful for electronic components. ADVANTAGE - The environmentally-friendly heat-conducting insulating coating: has high adhesive force, good thermal conductivity and good electric insulation characteristics and volatile content of ≯ 250 g/L which can be stored for 30 days under the condition of 50℃ without peeling, and no obvious sedimentation; and preparation method has excellent flexibility, adhesion, insulating performance and radiating performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing preparing environmentally-friendly heat-conducting insulating coating, comprising (i) adding modified epoxy resin and 2-3 pts. wt. solvent into the pulling cylinder, adjusting the speed of the disperser to 500 revolutions/minutes, dispersing for 20-30 minutes, adjusting the rotation speed to 300 revolutions/minute, adding composite dispersion liquid, adjusting the rotation speed to 1000 revolutions/minute, dispersing for 20-30 minutes to the epoxy resin composite dispersion, adding 35-40 pts. wt. modified epoxy resin, 0.3-1 pts. wt. dispersant and 3-4 pts. wt. solvent into another pulling cylinder, adjusting the speed of the basket sand mill to 200 revolutions/minute, dispersing for 10-20 minutes; and (ii) adding 8-20 pts. wt. pigment, 10-45 pts. wt. filler, 0.6-2 pts. wt. anti-settling thixotropic agent in sequence, adjusting the speed of the basket sander to 700 revolutions/minute, controlling the sanding temperature below 50℃, sanding to the required fineness, transferring the pulling cylinder into the dispersing machine, adjusting the speed to 300 revolutions/minute, adding the epoxy resin composite dispersion, casting, adjusting the speed to 1000 revolutions/minute, dispersing at high speed for 30-40 minutes evenly and adding the epoxy resin composite dispersion liquid and dispersing uniformly.
