NOVELTY - Preparation of a multi-doped graphene involves mixing (S210) a metal-based dopant and at least one organic-based dopant to prepare a doping solution, stacking (S220) a graphene layer on a substrate, and doping (S230) the graphene layer with the doping solution. USE - Preparation of multi-doped graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently provides multi-doped graphene, prevents reddening phenomenon that occurs due to a metal-based dopant, maintains the transparency of graphene and minimizes the sheet resistance of graphene by doping graphene with different dopant, and does not damage the substrate on which the graphene is stacked.
