NOVELTY - Preparing silicone rubber electromagnetic shielding complex material with three-layer structure comprises (i) completely uniformly mixing raw silicone rubber, 2,5-dimethyl-2,5-bishexane, zinc oxide, stearic acid, and white carbon black in internal mixer, (ii) using open mill to roll mixed rubber to discharge bubbles in mixed rubber, mixing mixed rubber, cutting into sheets, placing sheet on plastic wrap, and marking as insulating layer, (iii) completely uniformly mixing raw silicone rubber, 2,5-dimethyl-2,5-bishexane, zinc oxide, stearic acid, highly conductive carbon black, and conductive few-layer graphene in internal mixer, (iv) using open mill to roll mixed rubber to discharge bubbles in mixed rubber, cutting into sheets of same specification as insulating layer, and marking as conductive layer, (v) adhering all sheets in sequence, (vi) using open mill to roll laminated sheet, and (vii) using flat vulcanizer for hot pressing at high temperature and curing on laminated sheet. USE - The method is useful for preparing silicone rubber electromagnetic shielding complex material with three-layer structure. ADVANTAGE - The method: obtains high-efficiency silicone rubber electromagnetic shielding complex material with a three-layer structure, which has the characteristics of adjustable, easy processing, low filling and high electromagnetic shielding performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing silicone rubber electromagnetic shielding complex material with three-layer structure comprises (i) completely uniformly mixing 100 pts. wt. raw silicone rubber, 3-10 pts. wt. 2,5-dimethyl-2,5-bishexane, 3-7 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 3-5 pts. wt. stearic acid, and 30-80 pts. wt. white carbon black in internal mixer to obtain mixed rubber, (ii) using open mill to roll mixed rubber to discharge bubbles in mixed rubber, mixing 60-80 g mixed rubber, cutting into 9x13 cm sheets, placing sheet on plastic wrap for, and marking as insulating layer, (iii) completely uniformly mixing 100 pts. wt. raw silicone rubber, 3-10 pts. wt. 2,5-dimethyl-2,5-bishexane, 3-7 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 3-5 pts. wt. stearic acid, 20-60 pts. wt. highly conductive carbon black, and 1-15 pts. wt. conductive few-layer graphene in internal mixer to obtain mixed rubber, (iv) using open mill to roll mixed rubber to discharge bubbles in mixed rubber, cutting into sheets of same specification as insulating layer, and marking as conductive layer, (v) adhering all sheets in sequence according to conductive layer-insulating layer-conductive layer, (vi) using open mill to roll laminated sheet for 3-4 times, and (vii) using flat vulcanizer for hot pressing at high temperature and curing on laminated sheet.
