NOVELTY - A glass fiber reinforced material comprises 45-55 pts. wt. glass fiber, 25-28 pts. wt. modified carbon fiber, 15-20 pts. wt. perlite, 10-16 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 8-15 pts. wt. toughening solvent, 5-10 pts. wt. silica sol, 2-5 pts. wt. graphene, 1-3 pts. wt. tungsten carbide, 5-10 pts. wt. additives and appropriate amount of water. The toughening agent comprises 4-7 pts. wt. acrylic acid resin emulsion, 2-3 pts. wt. silicon nitride, 1-2 pts. wt. silicate, 1-2 pts. wt. sodium lauroyl glutamate and 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. glycerol. The additive agent comprises coupling agent, surfactant, hardening agent, binder, foaming agent and flame-retardant. USE - Glass fiber reinforced material for use in thermal insulation material. ADVANTAGE - The glass fiber reinforced material has excellent insulation property, heat preservation property, excellent wear resistance and toughness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of glass fiber reinforced material, which involves (1) mixing acrylic acid resin emulsion, silicon nitride, silicate, sodium lauroyl glutamate and glycerol uniformly to obtain toughening solvent, adding fiberglass, ultrasonically processing and vacuum drying to obtain toughened glass fiber, (2) crushing perlite in calciner, calcining at 400-500 degrees C for 1-2 hours to obtain expanded perlite, (3) adding epoxy resin, modified carbon fiber, additive and water, mixing evenly to obtain mixed solution (C), adding toughened glass fiber, expanded perlite and remaining raw materials to mixed solution (C), ultrasonically dispersing at 200-300 W for 10-20 minutes to obtain suspension, drying until the moisture content is below 20%, obtaining mixture (D), (4) placing the mixture (D) in a vacuum drying oven at 40-60 degrees C, drying for 30-40 minutes, taking out and placing in crucible, placing the crucible in the vacuum furnace, evacuating, introducing argon gas into vacuum furnace and heating at 300-400 degrees C for 3-5 hours.
