NOVELTY - Preparing natural rubber latex/emulsion styrene butadiene rubber/silicon dioxide-graphene oxide composite material comprises adding epoxy groups on surface of graphene oxide, surface of nano-silicon dioxide contains amino steps, where the steps of preparing silicon dioxide-graphene oxide hybrid materials utilize ring-opening reaction between amino groups on the surface of silicon dioxide generated in situ and the epoxy groups on the surface of graphene oxide, in the process of in-situ generation of silicon dioxide, directly grafting to surface of graphene oxide to prepare silicon dioxide-graphene oxide hybrid materials, in the process of in-situ generation of silicon dioxide, the temperature is 50-70degrees Celsius, the pH is 8-10, and the time is 6-12 hours, and spraying mixture of the natural rubber latex/emulsion styrene butadiene rubber mixed solution and silicon dioxide-graphene oxide hybrid material to complete flocculation, and performing banburying and vulcanization. USE - The method is useful for preparing natural rubber latex/emulsion styrene butadiene rubber/silicon dioxide-graphene oxide composite material, which is useful as reaction compatibilizer to improve interface compatibility and crosslinking density of rubber matrix. ADVANTAGE - The material: has good mechanical property, anti-wet sliding performance and thermal-conducting performance, strong interaction between particles, and good dispersibility and reinforcing effect.
