NOVELTY - The method for preparing fiber/graphene/zinc sulfide flexible electrode material involves (A) immersing the pretreated fiber fabric in a graphene oxide suspension and drying, repeating step (A) several times to obtain a fiber/graphene oxide material, (B) reducing the fiber/graphene oxide material and (C) immersing the obtained fiber/graphene material in a hydrothermal reaction vessel containing a zinc salt and a sulfur-containing precursor solution and heating. The graphene oxide suspension is obtained by ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide powder in deionized water. USE - Preparing fiber/graphene/zinc sulfide flexible electrode material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of fiber/graphene/zinc sulfide flexible electrode material with excellent conductivity (due to the presence of carbon material), high specific capacitance (due to the presence of zinc sulfide), high area ratio capacitance and power characteristics and superior cycle performance.
