NOVELTY - A graphene oxide-biomass-based fatty acid composite material is obtained by modifying graphene oxide with a biomass-based fatty acid and a metal ion source. USE - Graphene oxide-biomass-based fatty acid composite material used in composition for preparing rubber products e.g. semi-finished rubber product, finished rubber product, semi-finished tire and finished tire (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material is green and environmentally-friendly, has low carbon and biological sources, improves agglomeration of graphene, improves dispersion of graphene in rubber, increases mechanical properties and wear resistance of rubber, and improves dynamic heat generation of rubber. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for rubber composition, which comprises 100 pts. wt. rubber, 40-120 pts. wt. reinforcing filler, 0.1-10 pts. wt. graphene oxide-biomass-based fatty acid composite material and 0.1-20 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent.
