NOVELTY - The formaldehyde removing-type water-based graphene metal rust-proof primer comprises 39-40 pts. wt. acrylate emulsion, 5-7 pts. wt. waste polystyrene foam, 4.2-4.6 pts. wt. graphene, 12-13 pts. wt. tourmaline powder, 4-6 pts. wt. corn starch, 1.3-1.5 pts. wt. calcium sulfate whisker, 2.3-2.6 pts. wt. propylene glycol fatty acid ester, 8-9 pts. wt. bamboo vinegar solution, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. tea oil, 1.4-1.8 pts. wt. methyl triethoxysilane, 22-24 pts. wt. pigment and deionized water. USE - Formaldehyde removing-type water-based graphene metal rust-proof primer (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The hardness, chemical resistance, water resistance and powder resistance of coating film are improved. Since appropriate amount of graphite and modified powder to improve anti-corrosion and anti-rust properties. The modified mixed powder is added, so as to remove formaldehyde. The primer is non-toxic and harmless. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for production of formaldehyde removing-type water-based graphene metal rust-proof primer, which involves grinding tourmaline powder at 120-140 mesh sieve, adding bamboo vinegar into high mixer and stirring for 10-15 minutes, and treating at 705-805 degrees C for 20-30 minutes, cooling at room temperature, adding corn starch and tea oil and ultrasonically grinding for 40-50 minutes, to obtain modified mixed powder, mixing methyltriethoxysilane and deionized water, and ultrasonically dispersing for 15-20 minutes, adding graphene and stirring, heating in water bath at 85-95 degrees C for 8-10 hours, and placing in the mixer, and stirring at 10,000 rpm for 30 seconds, filtering the mixture and drying, to obtain modified graphite, washing the waste polystyrene foam, drying and crushing, and adding to mixed solvent, adding acrylic emulsion and calcium sulfate whisker and mixing, placing the mixture in water bath at 55-65 degrees C for 20-30 minutes, to obtain modified acrylic emulsion, adding modified mixed powder and modified graphite to deionized water, stirring for 10-15 minutes, and dispersion for 30-60 minutes and milling to a particle size of 60 mu m or less, then adding resulting modified acrylate emulsion and other remaining components, degassing at 0.1 MPa for 1-2 hours, and filtering, to obtain formaldehyde removing-type water-based graphene metal rust-proof primer.
