▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Manufacture of graphene-polyimide composite film involves preparing a mixed solution by adding an imidization conversion liquid to a polyimide precursor solution, preparing a graphene dispersion by adding multilayered graphene particles to a solvent, mixing the mixed solution and graphene dispersion to prepare a gel film, and heat-treating the gel film to imidize the gel film. The weight ratio of graphene particles and polyimide precursor is 3:97-8:92. The total content of graphene particles and polyimide precursor is 11-30 wt.% with respect to the gel film. USE - Manufacture of graphene-polyimide composite film used for electronic material such as heat-resistant coating material, insulating film, semiconductor and electrode protective film. ADVANTAGE - The method enables easy manufacture of graphene-polyimide composite film having high thermal conductivity characteristics while maintaining excellent insulation characteristics, heat-radiating characteristics and shielding characteristics with light transmittance close to 0%.
