NOVELTY - Secondary processing of semi-conductive plastic containing crosslinking agent comprises (i) preparing materials comprising 60-80 pts. wt. polyethylene resin, 15-25 pts. wt. rubber, 5-10 pts. wt. plasticizer, 10-15 pts. wt. carbon black, 5-10 pts. wt. flame retardant, 5-10 pts. wt. crosslinking agent, 2-5 pts. wt. dispersant, 2-5 pts. wt. lubricant, and 2-5 pts. wt. antioxidant, (ii) adding the raw materials into a screw extruder, extruding under high-pressure nitrogen conditions, and pelletizing, (iii) secondary processing of the granules, adding additives to the granules, stirring and mixing at constant temperature of 100-120℃, (iv) continuously stirring the mixed raw materials, and cooling to room temperature, and (v) adding the secondary processed raw materials into screw extruder, extruding under high-pressure nitrogen, and cutting into pellets. USE - The method is useful for secondary processing of semi-conductive plastic containing crosslinking agent, which is useful in cable. ADVANTAGE - The method reduces air gap in the semi-conductive shielding material, improves smoothness of the semi-conductive shielding material, significantly reduces water tree phenomenon, improves practical life of the cable product, reduces air gap on interface of conductor and insulating layer, improves cable starting point corona discharge voltage and cable free discharge performance, and protects main insulator.
