NOVELTY - Preparing graphene involves preparing certain concentration of electrolyte solution by using a high-purity graphite plate as yin-yang electrode, fixing plate spacing, and passing alternating electrolysis in the electrolyte which is carried out by alternating current and negative current in the electrolyte to perform cyclic strippin, peeling for a period of time. The electrode is taken out, and the electrolyte is filtered and washed to obtain solid which is uniformly dispersed in the deionized water, centrifuged to obtain supernatant which is aqueous solution of graphene. The supernatant is dried to obtain graphene. USE - Method for preparing graphene in biomedical and composite. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene in simple and easy manner, has wider application, and prepares product of low graphene oxide degree, small defects, has single-layer and double-layer rate which is 80% or more.
